Been twice now, after a recommendation. Food, atmosphere, staff all brilliant... really friendly owner, always there front of house. Had lamb first visit, & pan fried calves liver this time. Exquisite on both occasions with good wine choice too. Hoping to have room for dessert next time!!!

I have dined at No14 a number of times and I have hired the space for private parties. The food has always been amazing. They have prepared bespoke dishes from the menu choices to enhance my dinning experience. The smoked haddock dishes are my ultimate favourites. The atmosphere is cosy, warm and very welcoming. The front of house manager is very attentive and leads by example to the waitresses who never let me see an empty wine glass (which can be dangerous) wonderful wine list. Guest wine Primitivo id highly recommend. If you’re looking for somewhere that makes you go mmmmmm with every bite I’d highly recommend! I look forward to returning soon x

Perfect lunch outside on a day dominated by noisy cricket fans. Excellent service, food cooked to perfection. Friendly and charming and entertaining staff. Overall fantastic

Visited today with friends for the restaurants first Sunday Dinner Club, and I can honestly say I was really blown away by it all. Walking into a lovely intimate space with great ambience, easy listening background music played just at the right level. Fantastically friendly greeting from both front of house and serving staff. I had the beef dinner, it was amazing, all cooked to perfection. Followed by the sponge pudding, which was served in a golden syrup tin, what a fantastic idea. All the food and the attention to detail was second to none. We can’t wait to visit again. Hats off to the chef

Our party of four had a fabulous meal with impeccable service in a lovely dining room. Every part of the meal was divine, and the staff were prompt, courteous and attentive. Each course was sublime -- starters, wine, mains, desserts and brandy. Easily our best meal in the UK, and we had some fine dinners this week in London before driving to Leeds today. Absolutely worth every penny.

This place reminds me of the house in the film the holiday, is so cosy and beautiful. The food is some of the best Iv ever eaten. The staff are attentive, and so friendly. It’s an absolute must try. You truly will not be disappointed. The wine selection is also amazing. I wish I could give 10 stars
